Fruity Cool Whip Mousse

1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1-1/2 cup Cool Whip (regular or light)
9″ Graham cracker pie crust

In a food processor, crush the FROZEN strawberries to bite size (do not process too long). Dissolve the Jell-O completely in boiling water. Add the processed strawberries and mix until it begins to thicken. Add the Cool Whip and mix well. Pour into Graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate 30 minutes or more. Garnish with Cool Whip and fresh fruits.
