2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch
1-1/4 cups orange juice
6-1/2 whole cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3-1/4 tablespoons vinegar
13 ounces frankfurters
Combine first 6 ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan over medium high heat. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until almost thickened. Add frankfurters and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until just heated through.
