Fiery Boursin Burgers

1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
1 5-ounce package Boursin or herbed chevre cheese

Preheat broiler.

In medium bowl, combine beef, egg, Worcestershire and TABASCO® Sauce until mixed well.

Divide into five portions.

Form three-quarters of each portion into patty, reserving remainder. Make indentation in center of patty and fill with 2 tablespoons cheese. Cover cheese with reserved meat, and form a finished patty

Broil patty 3 to 5 minutes on each side, according to taste. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
