Fast & Easy Greek Salad

500 ml ripe tomatoes, diced 2 cup
500 ml cucumbers, diced 2 cup
250 ml feta cheese, cubed 1 cup
125 ml onions, thinly sliced 1/2 cup
50 ml black olives, sliced (optional) 1/4 cup
30 ml white wine vinegar 2 tbsp
30 ml olive oil 2 tbsp
2 ml minced garlic 1/2 tsp
2 ml dried basil 1/2 tsp
2 ml dried oregano 1/2 tsp
black pepper to taste

In a large bowl; combine tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, onions and olives. Set aside.

In a small bowl; whisk together vinegar, oil, garlic, basil, oregano and pepper. Add to tomato mixture; toss gently to combine. Chill before serving.

Serves 4
