Easy Seafood Chowder

Cream base soup with canned seafood

2 cans chicken stock
1 pkg instant mash potatoes
1/2 tbsp dried parsley(opt)
1 or 2 cans baby shrimp
1 or 2 cans crab meat
1 or 2 cans clams
salt and pepper to taste

Pour stock in a large pot. whisk in potatoes. bring to a slight boil. reduce heat and remaining ingredients. simmer 5 min. serve with crackers.

Note:
can omit or add any canned seafood. if not enough liquid add more chicken stock.
