2 medium banana
6 ounces orange juice, frozen concentrate, unsweetened
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup yogurt, low-fat
Peel and slice bananas. Put into a blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and blend until foamy. Pour into small paper cups and freeze. To eat, squeeze bottom of cup.
Makes 12 servings.
