Creamy Butterscotch Pudding Tarts

1 1/3 cups whole milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 (3-ounce) package butterscotch instant pudding
1/4 cup crushed peanuts
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
4 graham cracker tart shells, prepared
Additional peanuts and brown sugar, as desired

Combine sour cream and milk together in large mixing bowl. Add pudding mix, nuts and brown sugar.

Pour mixture into tart shells and sprinkle with additional crushed peanuts and/or brown sugar for garnish, if desired. Chill 1 hour before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
