Carrot Salad

1 kg carrots, sliced & cooked tender crisp 2 lb
250 ml onions, finely chopped 1 cup
125 ml green pepper, finely chopped 1/2 cup
125 ml celery, finely chopped 1/2 cup
1 can condensed tomato soup
125 ml white vinegar 1/2 cup
125 ml salad oil 1/2 cup
175 ml sugar 3/4 cup

Combine vegetables in large bowl.

In a small saucepan; combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a hard boil. Pour over vegetables and chill.

Serves 6
