2 onions, sliced
3 apples, sliced
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1 1/2 pounds pork chops
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons prepared brown mustard
1 teaspoon caraway seed
On a cutting board, slice onions thin. Peel, core and slice apple. Arrange onion and apple in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle with caraway seed.
Sprinkle pork chops with garlic salt and pepper. Spread prepared brown mustard on top.
Place chops on the apple/onion mixture and sprinkle with remaining caraway seed. Cover; bake in a 425 degree F. oven for 1 hour.
