2 teaspoon Watkins Chili Powder
2 teaspoon Watkins Dry Mustard
1 teaspoon Watkins Cajun Pepper
1 teaspoon Watkins Garlic Salt
4 lbs. pork loin back ribs or baby-back ribs
Sweet and Spicy Glaze (see glaze recipe below)
Mix first four ingredients together; sprinkle and rub into ribs. Place over indirect heat on grill or in 350 degree oven. Cook 50 to 60 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center, brushing pork with Sweet and Spicy Glaze the last 15 minutes of grilling. Heat any remaining glaze to boiling and serve with ribs.
Makes 8 servings.
Sweet and Spicy Glaze
1/2 cup Watkins Inferno Hot Pepper Sauce
2 to 3 tablespoon brown sugar, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Watkins Garlic Liquid Spice
1/4 teaspoon Watkins Cajun Pepper
Bring all ingredients just to a boil in a small saucepan; remove from heat.
