2 tablespoon Paprika
2 teaspoon Onion powder
2 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1-1/2 teaspoon Ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dried thyme; crush with fingers
1 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves; crush with fingers
4 lb Pork ribs
Combine all the dry ingredients and rub on all the surfaces of the ribs. Place the rib slabs in a shallow roasting pan and roast in a preheated 325 degree F. oven for 2 hours. Cut the ribs into serving pieces.
Serves 4 to 6.
