Bunless Super Bowl Burger

Yield: 1 servings

1/2 lb Lean ground beef
3 teaspoons Margarine or butter
2 medium Onions
Seasoned salt and pepper

Make 4 rounded burgers. Peel and slice onions. Melt margarine or butter in skillet and add onions, frying and stirring for about 5 minutes. Remove then. Put burgers into skillet and brown on all sides over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes. Turn down heat and add cooked onions, salt and pepper. Serve smothered with onions.

(Recommend meal served with 12 ounces of selected barley, malt, rice, hops and water.)
