Buffalo Pork & Egg Bagel

1/2 cup Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
2 cups Pork Shoulder, Shredded
16 Plain Bagels, Sliced
1/3 cup Butter, Softened
8 Eggs, Grilled and Folded
16 Swiss Cheese Slices

Toss the Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce with pork shoulder. Heat.

Split the bagel, toast and butter each half.

Place a slice of cheese and ¼ cup of pork on one half of the toasted bagel.

Top with 1 egg, grilled and folded, cheese and remaining bagel slice.

Wrap and serve hot.
