1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound sirloin steak
Stir together white wine, soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, lime juice, brown sugar, chopped green onions, and pepper. Place sirloin steak in a dish. Pour the marinade on top, cover, and refrigerate overnight, turning 2 or 3 times.
Preheat broiler.
Drain and then broil for approximately 10 minutes on each side for medium rare.
