Broccoli with Orange Basil Sauce

1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
30 ml orange juice 2 tbsp
5 ml lemon juice 1 tsp
15 ml canola oil 1 tbsp
2 ml granulated sugar 1/2 tsp
2 ml dried basil, crushed 1/2 tsp
1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp
1 ml hot mustard 1/4 tsp
25 ml sunflower seeds, toasted 2 tbsp

In saucepan of boiling water; blanch broccoli for 2 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain. In small bowl; combine orange and lemon juices, oil, sugar, basil, pepper and mustard; whisk until blended.

In non-stick skillet; drizzle broccoli with juice mixture; cover and heat 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds..
