750 ml broccoli florets 3 cup
125 ml red onion, sliced 1/2 cup
125 ml carrots, thinly sliced 1/2 cup
125 ml raisins 1/2 cup
125 ml feta cheese, crumbled 1/2 cup
125 ml plain yogurt 1/2 cup
50 ml mayonnaise 1/4 cup
25 ml granulated sugar 2 tbsp
15 ml lemon juice 1 tbsp
salt & pepper to taste
50 ml sunflower seeds 1/4 cup
In bowl; combine broccoli, onion, carrots, sunflower seeds, raisins and feta cheese. In separate bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice; toss with salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
