Brandy Hard Sauce

Serves 6

1/2 cup butter/margarine
2 tablespoon brandy
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 beaten egg yolk

Thoroughly cream butter and powdered sugar. Beat in egg yolk, brandy and vanilla. Fold in egg white. Chill. Garnish with orange peel.

Makes 1-3/4 cups.
