BBQ Plum Sauce

Yield: 1

1 jar of plums in their sauce
3 shallots, finely diced
1 tablespoon dry mustard (15ml)
1 tablespoon chilies, diced (15ml)
Splash of hot sauce

Place all of the ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.

Serve warm with chicken.
