1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 lb. sliced beef liver
Combine catsup, mustard, soy sauce, oil and honey. Arrange liver on broiler pan; brush with sauce. Broil 3 to 4 minutes. Turn, brush with sauce and broil 3 to 4 minutes longer or until done.
Serves 4 to 5.
