Miss Mary’s Restaurant Rouladin

1 (2 pound) cut of beef – 1/4 inch thick, 4 inches long and 3 inches wide
1/2 pound bacon chopped
2 chopped onions
Fresh parsley

Pepper and salt to taste. Mix items and roll inside the beef, secure with toothpick then brown in skillet, then bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes with gravy.
