12 oz. French Fries
As Needed Frank’s® RedHot® Seasoning
1/3 cup Cattlemen’s® Memphis Sweet™ Finished BBQ Sauce
2 1/2 oz. Smoked Beef, Shredded
1/4 cup Wisconsin Cheese Curds
1 each Egg, Fried Sunny Side Up
1 tsp. Scallion Tops, Thin Sliced
Fry the French fries to a crisp, golden brown and lightly sprinkle with Frank’s® RedHot® Seasoning. Plate the fries.
Combine the beef with Cattlemen’s® Memphis Sweet™ Finished BBQ Sauce and heat. Sprinkle over fries.
Slice the cheese curds in half, top the fries and melt in a hot oven or cheese melter.
Top with the egg and scallions. Garnish the egg yolk with a light sprinkling of seasoning.
