6 red potatoes
125 ml olive oil 1/2 cup
15 ml rosemary 1 tbsp
salt & pepper to taste
Peel and cut potatoes in wedges and soak in cold water for 1 1/2 hours. Drain and dry well. Place potatoes in bowl, add olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper, mix well. Place potatoes on a baking sheet; bake at 400 F (200 C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
