1 hubbard squash
1 large tart red apple, diced
25 ml pecans, chopped 2 tbsp
25 ml brown sugar 2 tbsp
25 ml butter or margarine, melted 2 tbsp
Cut squash in half. Place cut side down on greased baking sheet. Bake squash 30 minutes at 350 F (180 C). Mix together: apple, pecans, brown sugar and butter. Spoon mixture into squash halves. Bake cut side up for 30 minutes longer or until tender.
Serves 6
