1 head cauliflower, cut into serving size pieces
15 ml milk 1 tbsp
1 can cream of celery soup
75 ml mayonnaise 1/3 cup
250 ml old cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup
5 ml curry powder 1 tsp
25 ml butter, melted 2 tbsp
250 ml cracker crumbs 1 cup
Microwave cauliflower on high until tender crisp in large lightly greased casserole dish. Combine milk, celery soup, mayonnaise, cheese and curry powder; pour over cauliflower. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 30 minutes.
