Stuffed Baked Pork Chops

6 double thick pork chops
garlic salt
salt and pepper
2 small apples, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 tablespoon minced onion
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoon parsley flakes
sage to taste
milk (to moisten)

Preheat oven to 350 F. Make a pocket in each pork chop. Season each with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Combine chopped apples, celery, onion, and 1 cup bread crumbs. Add parsley flakes, salt and pepper and sage to taste. Moisten with just enough milk to hold together. Mix well and stuff into chops. Place in an ungreased baking dish and bake for 1 hour and 350 F.
