8 ounce semisweet chocolate
7 TBS. butter
7 eggs
1/2 C. powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 250o F. Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan. Melt chocolate and butter, let cool but not harden. Seperate eggs. Whip whites until foamy, add sugar, whip until stiff. Add yolks to butter and chocolate, fold into whites. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top evenly. Bake for 1 hour 15 mins. Cool in pan for 15 mins.. Dust with powdered sugar if you like and serve.
