A multi-layered and delicious sandwich stacked with flavorful cheeses and meats.

10 oz. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
2.5 oz. Brown gravy mix, dry
9.75 oz. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
2.75 oz Pineapple, crushed
2.5 oz. Hellmann’s® Real Ancho Chipotle Sauce
2 slices Italian bread
5.25 oz. Deli turkey breast, thinly sliced
4 oz. Tomato, sliced
2 oz. Bacon, cooked
1.75 oz. Provolone cheese, thinly sliced
2 slices Rye bread
5.25 oz. Deli pastrami meat, thinly sliced
1.75 oz. Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
1 oz. Caramelized onions
5.25 oz. Deli ham, thinly sliced
1.75 oz. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
1 Green leaf lettuce
2 Mini dill pickles
2 Green olives

Prepare Brown Gravy Mayonnaise: Combine 10 oz. Hellmann’s®/Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and 2.5 oz. Brown gravy mix into small bowl. Stir together to create the brown gravy mayonnaise. Reserve refrigerated.

Prepare Pineapple Mayonnaise: Combine 9.75 oz. Hellmann’s®/Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and 2.75 oz. crushed Pineapple into another small bowl. Stir together to create the pineapple mayonnaise. Reserve refrigerated.

To make the sandwich, spread the brown gravy mayonnaise on one slice of Italian bread. Next, top the bread with warmed turkey breast, tomato slices, bacon, and provolone cheese. Top this layer with a slice of rye bread.

Spread the Hellmann’s® Real Ancho Chipotle sauce on top of the slice of rye bread. Top the bread with warmed pastrami, cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions. Top this layer with another slice of rye bread.

On top of the top layer of rye bread, place warmed ham, Swiss cheese, and lettuce.

Spread the pineapple mayonnaise on a second slice of Italian bread and place the bread, mayonnaise-side-down, on top of the sandwich. Secure the sandwich with two, long skewers, each topped with a mini dill pickle and green olive.

To serve: slice the sandwich down the middle and serve immediately.
