Zippy Coleslaw

125 ml mayonnaise 1/2 cup
50 ml apple-cider vinegar 1/4 cup
10 ml sugar 2 tsp
pinch cayenne pepper
10 ml dill seed 2 tsp
salt & pepper to taste
1 kg cabbage, finely chopped 2 1/2 lb
3 red, yellow & green peppers, finely sliced
1 bunch green onions, diced

Place mayonnaise, vinegar, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) water, sugar, cayenne pepper and dill seed in a medium bowl; whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper; set aside. Combine cabbage, peppers and green onions in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
