Yummy Rice Pudding

1/2 c. uncooked brown rice
1-1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins
2 c. milk

Pour the rice, apple juice, and water into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for one hour, stirring occasionally. Stir in cinnamon and raisins. Spoon into bowls to cool; then pour milk over top.

Serves a healthy four.
