White Chocolate Cinnamon Bread for ABM

1/2 cup lukewarm milk
3/4 cup lukewarm water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
8 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped (or 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips)

Place ingredients, except white chocolate, in bread machine pan in the order given by manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic setting and Light Crust; press Start.

Add the chopped white chocolate or chips at the beep or second kneading cycle.

Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
