Whipped Potatoes

2.3 kg potatoes 5 lb

375 ml sour cream 1 1/2 cup

10 ml salt 2 tsp

5 ml pepper 1 tsp



Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash.



Add sour cream, salt and pepper; beat until smooth.



Serves 8
