2 slabs pork baby back ribs
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons red chile flakes
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Salt and pepper to taste
In blender container blend all ingredients except ribs until smooth.
Spread paste evenly on ribs.
Roast in shallow pan in 350 degree F. oven for 1 1/2 hours until ribs are tender.
