Watergate “Salad” Dessert

1 (3.5-ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple, drained
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (8-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping

Mix all together and pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Chill well and serve cold.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
