Vermont Style Coleslaw

1 medium head of green cabbage shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup real maple syrup
salt and pepper

Place shredded cabbage in a bowl. Combine sour cream and mayo until creamy and blend in maple syrup. Mix into cabbage. salt and pepper to taste. Chill well.

Serves 6 to 8.
