1 c rice (white or brown)
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 sm onions, minced
1 cn stewed tomatoes
1 cn chopped green chiles
1 pk taco seasoning
Prepare rice as usual. While rice is cooking, saute garlic and onions in a little water and cooking spray. When onions are slightly translucent, at chiles, and tomatoes. Cook for 30 seconds, then add 1/4 c. water and taco seasoning. Cook for a few minutes, then add to rice. Serve with tortillas and your favorite taco toppings!
