1 lb ground beef
1 jar (16 oz) thick ‘n chunky salsa
1-3/4 cups water
1 pkg. (7 oz) elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 lb (12 oz) velveeta process cheese spread cut up
Brown meet in large skillet, drain. Add salsa and 1-3/4 cups water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta; stir until melted.
Makes 4-6 servings.
