Blood Orange Infused Tequila:
1 liter 100% agave tequila
1/2 pound blood orange peels

To Assemble and Serve:
1 1/2 ounces Blood Orange Infused Tequila
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce velvet falernum
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 orange peel
Cloves

For the Blood Orange Infused Tequila:
Combine tequila and orange peels and infuse for 4-6 days. Strain and discard peels.

To Assemble and Serve:
In a shaker, combine ice, Blood Orange Infused Tequila, lime juice, falernum, and bitters. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a clove-studded orange peel.
