Winter Solstice

Mixologist Justin Beam of Craft – Dallas, TX

Yield: 1 Serving

1 1/2 ounces verjus
5 dashes orange bitters
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 ounces Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
3 green grapes

In a shaker, combine ice, verjus, orange bitters, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a tall Collins glass over ice. Top with rum and garnish with grapes.
