3 cups leftover turkey chunks
3/4 cup water
3 chicken/turkey/vegetable cubes
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup chopped onion
2 small carrots, sliced
1 cup chopped bell peppers (red, green, yellow, purple)
4 teaspoon parsley
4 teaspoon chives
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon marjoram
3/4 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup brown rice
1/4 pound snow peas
Mix all of the ingredients except for the turkey and the peas. Stir frequently over medium heat until bouillon dissolves. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until rice is almost done. Add turkey and peas and simmer covered 5 minutes more.
