Turkey with Apple Salsa

leftover turkey chunks
1 small lime
salt and pepper
1 tbl dark brown sugar
1 cup favorite chili sauce
2 cups chopped juicy apples
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Marinate the turkey in the juice from the lime and salt and pepper. Mix the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Place turkey on a broiler pan and cover with salsa. Broil on low for about 5 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and broil again until cheese melts. Serve with torillas.
