1-1/4 pounds ground turkey
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
In a large bowl combine ground turkey, cooked rice, onions, chili sauce, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, crushed garlic clove, salt, and pepper; mix well. Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
Grill the patties for 12 to 14 minutes on each side.
Makes 8 servings.
