Tuna Fish Salad

1 275g./10 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
2 gherkins finely chopped
4 tomatoes cut into wedges
4 black olives chopped
l/2 fl ounce French dressing
l/2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Mix tuna, eggs, gherkins, tomatoes and olives in a salad bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss well to coat. Chill for 30 minutes, then garnish with the chopped parsley.
