15 ml fish sauce 3 tsp
5 ml lime zest, freshly grated 1 tsp
30 ml lime juice 2 tbsp
15 ml vegetable oil 1 tbsp
10 ml brown sugar 2 tsp
5 ml rice vinegar 1 tsp
1 ml red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp
1 english cucumber, diced
1 mango, diced
1 avocado, diced
50 ml cilantro, chopped 1/4 cup
In a large bowl; combine fish sauce, lime zest, lime juice, oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar and red pepper flakes.
Add cucumber, mango, avocado and cilantro. Stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
