1 flatbread or pizza crust
1/4 cup tomaot sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 sweet green pepper, sliced
2 to 3 Italian plum tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup small broccoli, steamed and chopped
1/2 cup red onion rings
2 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Spread tomato sauce (or pizza sauce) over flatbread. Sprinkle with oregano. Top with mozzarella cheese, green pepper, tomato, broccoli, basil and red onion rings. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven at 375 to 400 deg F, until cheese is soft and melted.
