Toasted Sesame Cheese Spread

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted
Assorted crackers

Pour soy sauce over cream cheese block in small dish, turning over several times to coat all sides. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours, turning cheese block over often.

Remove block from soy sauce and roll in sesame seed. Refrigerate until ready to serve with crackers.

Makes 6 to 12 appetizer servings.
