The Pearl Restaurant Lemon Drop Martini

2 ounces Absolut Citron vodka (no substitute)
Fresh, squeezed juice from 1/2 lemon (no substitute)
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 ounce Sweet & Sour

Mix thoroughly.

Add lemon peel to shaker and mash into crushed ice to release zest.

Add mix, shake and strain into an icy cocktail glass rimmed with sugar.
