4 sweet potatoes or yams
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Malt vinegar for sprinkling
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 375*F.
Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick, brush with oil.
Place in baking pan, bake 25 to 35 minutes, until golden.
Sprinkle with malt vinegar, salt and pepper, as desired.
Makes 4 servings.
