2 teaspoons corn starch
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 – 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic (to taste)
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil stiring constantly. Serve hot or cold. An interesting variation on a Sweet and sour type sauce.
