750 ml carrots, finely grated 3 cup
227 g can crushed pineapple, drained 8 oz
50 ml flaked coconut 4 tbsp
15 ml sugar 1 tbsp
75 ml mayonnaise 1/3 cup
In a medium bowl; combine carrots, pineapple, coconut and sugar. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Refrigerate.
