2 large cloves of garlic, minced or crushed
1 cups of sun-dried tomatoes that have been marinated in olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
8 ounces cream cheese

Lift the sun-dried tomatoes out of the oil, letting the oil drain away. Place the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in a blender or food processor and chop finely. Add lemon juice. Pat cream cheese into a four inch round disk. Top with tomato mixture. Encircle with crackers.
